Agreement to these terms

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site shall be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us specifically for a paid service directly related to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), if no such payment applies.
